By creating an account or using RelayTable you agree to these terms. If you use RelayTable for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

RelayTable provides QR menus, ordering, point-of-sale, kitchen display, inventory, expense, analytics and related tools for restaurants. Features depend on your plan and may change as we improve the product.

• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and your staff accounts.
• Give accurate information, including your restaurant details and GSTIN where applicable.
• Tell us immediately at support@relaytable.in if you think your account has been misused.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may exclude taxes.
• Free trials end automatically. Features on a paid plan stop working if the subscription is not renewed.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• If we change prices, we will tell you before your next billing cycle.

You own your menus, photos, prices and business data. You give us permission to host and display them only to provide the service. You are responsible for your menu, prices, taxes, allergen information and compliance with food safety and consumer laws.

• Don't use RelayTable for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to use.

We work hard to keep RelayTable available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned downtime.

To the extent allowed by law, RelayTable is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closing, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
